Over the past few weeks, due to demand, I have agreed to carry out 1 to 1 consultations with investors, or potential investors.

Due to sheer number of emails I am receiving, is difficult to reply fully to all, although I am trying!!

For me it is vitally important I offer good value for money, so have tried to keep the cost as low as possible but offer as much advice and information as possible in 90 minutes.

For this reason I send out pre-consultation work, which includes 7 key questions which will enable me to learn a great deal about you, and your goals before we meet, to maximize our consultation time.

During the consultation I go through various actual options, based on your answers - and help get you moving. We will look at various investment options, and I will explain why some may suit you better than others, and why some are more attractive than others.

It is important firstly to be clear about what want to achieve, and then to take action!!

I then can keep in contact, before having an optional review in 3, 6 and 12 months time, where can review individual goals and strategies.

The consultations currently take place in Nottingham/Scotland/London once a month, although I am flexible, depending on other meetings.

The cost for the consultation, which includes all the pre work is £195 + VAT. One of my subscribers said that when you compare the price to the finders fees many companies charge, often 10 times this, or the cost of many of the property investing seminars which are to rooms of 30, she had expected the cost to be much higher.

However I can afford to keep my costs low, as my money is made from my investments.

In my research I have found nothing in comparison, at that price from an independent consultant, let me know if I'm wrong!!
